Zesh Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy
We want you to have a great experience shopping from Zesh. But if you are not completely satisfied, we have made our return and exchange process simple and hassle-free. Here’s everything you need to know:
Returns

You can return items within 30 days of delivery to the same Zesh warehouse at A 76 Block A SMCHS (Sindhi Muslim Cooperative Housing Society) Karachi.

To process a return, you will need the original sales invoice and the item must be in its original packaging, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all tags/labels intact.

Discounted items are not eligible for returns.

If the item is faulty or incorrect, Zesh will cover the return shipping costs. If you’re returning an item for any other reason, you’ll need to cover the return shipping fees.

Exchanges

You can exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

The item must be in its original packaging, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all tags/labels intact.

Discounted items are not eligible for exchanges.

To initiate an exchange, contact our Customer Service team via our website or simply call +92 319 1817280 and provide details about the item(s) and the reason for the exchange.
Refunds

Most new, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full voucher refund.

Refunds are issued only via vouchers; we do not offer cash refunds.

Refunds are applicable if:

The item does not match the original product specifications.

The shipment is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure).

Refunds are not available for items purchased from factory outlets or discounted products.

Refunds cannot be processed through our retail stores.
